At least nolan and noble were given a chance to strut their stuff v birk...there was no strutting or stuffing and thankfully they will not start any games of importance.
Noble will have to distance himself from nolan to get in the starting 11 with a midfield based around payet and kouyate.

Diego had a fair game and should be a decent sub in the last twenty minutes when Nolan needs a rest.
As for the Norway boy should be shipped off to a team like Barnsley for a couple of seasons so he can get some experience, not ready for the Premiership yet. Ogbonna will do well in a six man defense and can boot the ball up 40 yards to the lone attacker. There are to many youngsters playing at the moment and I have no idea who they are and someone will .........

Just seen the goals and bloody hell Randolph looks poor ... I have a Scot friend (which I keep quiet about!) ..... He says he is the best goalie they have had ... Don't know if that says more about Scottish football but let's hope Adrian doesn't get injured

As far as goalies go I would like us to bring in the young
Croat Zelekino and the Southend young star Bentley.
But we mrrd an experienced goalie like Jussi in the first team squad.

On the GK subject i cant see why we haven't gone in for Ospina from the gooners. Surely he wont be wanting to sit on the bench under Cech. Thats the area aswell as a goalscorer we need improving on.
